30-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Easy Returns: Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging or equivalent secure protective packaging.
No Restocking Fees: Trevallis does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
How It Works: Simply email support@trevallis.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions for our U.S. Fulfillment and Return Center.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Trevallis covers return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
WASHING & CARE
• Vacuum regularly using low suction to help preserve the rug’s texture and appearance.
• For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, which may spread the stain or damage the fibers.
• Use a rug pad underneath to reduce movement and extend the life of the rug.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause gradual fading over time.
• For significant stains or deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
• Smaller rug sizes may be carefully hand-washed in cold water when appropriate. Always allow the rug to dry completely before placing it back on the floor.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or high-heat drying methods.
